PLEASE, I am begging you, DO NOT STAY HERE. THE POSITIVE REVIEWS MUST COME FROM THE OWNERS FRIENDS because this place is HORRIFIC. We expected to stay at this place because the photos online looked quite nice. The photos were so deceptive as the place looks NOTHING like the photos. The hotel is extremely rundown and unclean. We left about thirty minutes after we arrived to find somewhere else to stay. The smell of black mould in every room was sickening. I have never seen a place, let alone a hotel, with such disgusting hygiene. There was mouldy walls, stained sheets, mouldy plates of food, old beer bottles and filth everywhere in the room. Definitely a place only for men to come and drink and sit amongst the black mould. Disgusting. For your own health DO NOT STAY HERE. For how disgusting this place was, this is a kind review.

One of the worst in Goa i would say. Bed linens were dirty and even had blood stains on it. The resort is nothing like it in pictures and be very careful in selecting this place. There is only a roadside parking and there is no coffee/tea maker in the room

In the rooms clenliness not good sofas are not good no hot water coming they will tell free wifi but wifi doesn't work properly Tv doesn't worked for showcase only they have kept TV's food was good but higher in price as everywhere in Goa quick response from staff needed

The rooms were unclean & nothing liked described. No TV , wifi, cupboard or anything else in the room & not even basic toiletries or towel.we booked a luxury room which turned out to be the dirtiest. On arrival the owner there tricked us into understanding he's giving us double room given we are 4 people. We took the room considering all rooms were same but later realised it was the most dirtiest room with only beds & a mirror. Would recommend everyone not booking on this hotel. No phone for room service, no good crowd especially for girls group. Felt unsafe as there was a group of guys continuously standing & starring at our (girls) group , on complaining to the owner his response was they are just standing & watching we should simply ignore. The curtains had literally turned yellow & on of it had a huge red stain on asking the manager he said some guest prior to us may have dons something & what can he do about it. Never had such bad experience. Helping staff was generous & kind , working under the owner who was rude , did not speak to the customer in a good civilised manner. Strict no for girls .

I had experience one of my worst hotel all time. Fake photos of the hotel it is no way similar to that photos and building is very old , Pool is very small and dirty .Door locks are not proper, one kind of bad smell in rooms no house keeping , foods is not good and the receptionist is very rude and lazy overall we spent horrible time at that hotel. Only advantage is calangute beach is 500 m from hotel
